Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.
Products must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached. Returns sent within 30 days of delivery qualify for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges when applicable. Returns sent after 30 days or without original tags cannot be processed.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to three business days for your refund to be issued to your original payment method.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Visit our Return and Exchange Portal.
Enter your order number from your confirmation email along with your email address, ZIP code, or phone number.
Click “Find My Order” and follow the prompts.
Do you accept returns from Canada?
Yes. We accept returns from Canada. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility both ways. Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.
Sizing & Fit
My suit jacket fits but the pants do not. What should I do?
All of our suit pants include approximately two inches of fabric in the seam that can be let out or taken in by a tailor. This is a standard alteration and often the easiest solution.
We recommend selecting a jacket that fits properly and tailoring the pants as needed. If you prefer not to alter the pants, you may return or exchange the suit through our Return Portal.
Can I mix and match jacket and pant sizes?
Suit sizes cannot be mixed and matched at this time. Our suit sets are sold as matched sizes. However, most dress pants allow for minor tailoring adjustments.
How do I determine my suit size?
You can view our suit sizing video tutorial for guidance. If you are unsure, we recommend comparing measurements with a suit you already own.
Do you carry big and tall suits?
Yes. We offer a wide selection of big and tall mens suits. Use the size filter on our collection pages to see what is currently available.
Do suit pants come hemmed?
All of our suits come with unhemmed pants. The inseam measures approximately 37 inches and can be hemmed by your tailor to your preferred length.
How do your shoes fit?
We carry shoes in sizes 7 through 15, available in both medium and wide widths.
Do you carry wide shoes?
Yes. Select your size and width in the filter to view available styles.
Shipping
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email.
You can also log into your account, view your order history, and click the tracking number next to your fulfilled order.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Israel, Germany, and several additional European destinations. We currently do not ship to Africa, Qatar, the UAE, or South America.
International customers are responsible for any import duties or local fees required by their country.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Shipping to Canada is available, and rates are calculated at checkout.
Purchasing & Wedding Orders
Can I order an item I saw on social media?
If the item is only available in our Oak Park, Michigan retail store, please call us directly at 248-982-2101.
Do you offer wedding party suits?
Yes. We have outfitted thousands of grooms and groomsmen. If you need multiple suits in different sizes and do not see availability online, please contact us at hello@thesuitdepot.com, and we will assist you.

Custom suits made by Bespoke Detroit are available at our Oak Park, Michigan Store. Custom suits are not available for online purchase.
