RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges! 
  • Items in unworn, unaltered condition with all the original tags attached are eligible for a return. 
  • Items sent back to us within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges, when applicable). Any return that is sent after that period, or without the original tags, will not be processed. 
  • Once we receive the return please allow up to three business days for us to process your refund to the original payment method.

Do you offer free returns?

Free returns are available for orders over $150 from US addresses only. 

How do I return or exchange my order?

  • Start at theReturn and Exchange Portal
  • Enter your order number, which is found at the upper right corner of your Order Confirmation email. 
  • Enter your email address, ZIP code, or phone number.
  • Click FIND MY ORDER.
  • Follow the prompts.

Returns from Canada

  • We gladly accept returns from Canada. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility both ways. 
  • Please note that there are no refunds on shipping or import fees. 

SIZES

My suit jacket fits, but the pants don’t. What now?

  • All of our suit pants have an extra two inches of fabric in the seam that can be let out or taken in by a tailor. This is a standard alteration that is quite common and a tailor can advise if this is an option for you. 
  • If you choose not to alter your pants, you can return or exchange the suit via ourReturn and Exchange Portal
  • We advise finding a suit jacket that fits well and then altering the pants to fit, since altering pants is easier and more cost-effective.

Can I mix and match jacket and pants sizes?

  • Suit sizes cannot be mixed and matched at this time. 
  • If your pants don’t fit, we recommend having a tailor evaluate if they can be tailored to fit. All of our dress pants have two inches that can be let out or taken in by a tailor.

I don’t see my size. Can you order it for me?

Do you sell big and tall clothes?

Yes, we have a great selection of big and tall clothes for men. Select your size in the size filter to see what we have in stock for you! 

Do the suit pants come hemmed?

  • All of our suits come with unhemmed pants (the unhemmed inseams measure about 37 inches long). 
  • Take to a tailor for a custom length hem. 

How big do your shoes run?

We carry shoes in sizes 7 to 15, in medium and wide widths.

Do you carry wide shoes?

Yes! Please select your size and width in the filter to see what we have in your size. 

SHIPPING

How do I receive free shipping?

  • Free shipping is available for orders over $150 to any US address. 

How do I check my shipping status?

  • Your clickable tracking number is available on your shipping confirmation email. 
  • Or access your shipping status via your account: 
  • Log in to your account. 
  • Under Order History, click on your order number. 
  • On your order page, you will see the date your order was fulfilled. Next to that date, click the tracking number. 

Do you ship overseas?

  • We ship to Canada, the UK, France, Australia, Israel, Germany, other European countries, and an additional few select destinations. 
  • At this time we do not ship to Africa, Qatar, UAE, and South America. 
  • To see a shipping quote for your destination, please add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see available shipping options and rates. 
  • Please note that any import fees charged by your country are not included in your purchase price and are payable to your local post office at the time of delivery.

PURCHASING

I saw an item on your social media page that is not on the website. How can I order it?

To order an item that is only sold in our Oak Park, MI store, please call the store directly: 248-200-7484.

Can I order suits for a wedding party?

We have proudly outfitted thousands of grooms and groomsmen. If you would like to order several of the same suit in different sizes and you do not see a size that you need, please contact customer service by emailing:info@thesuitdepot.com. We will do our best to get you all the sizes you need!

Do you make custom suits?

Custom suits, made by Bespoke Detroit, are available at our store in Oak Park, MI. We do not offer custom suits online.
