United StatesMy shoes arrived with a significant defect. The sole of the right shoe began to detach from the body of the shoe. I took photos and contacted the company immediately. I provided my address and was informed that I would be contacted when my replacement shoes were shipped. After about two weeks without any communication, I requested and update. The representative informed me that they completely forgot to email me an update and that the shoe I ordered was out of stock. The rep asked if I would like to purchase another shoe instead. I replied, letting them know that I was set on the style I ordered and asked when the depot expected a replenishment of my order. I received no response and never heard from Suit Depot again until this survey request. This took place 6 monts ago. No refund, and no shoes... Mission Fail!
