Let me start by saying the customer service from The Suit Depot was amazing and the kind that makes loyal customers. However, the quality of this coat was less than I expected. The material was thinner that I was expecting from a winter coat, it did not button at the top as we thought it did, and the construction, particularly the buttons, seemed inferior. But Suit Depot made it incredibly simple to return and I am deeply impressed with them as a company. Oh, I should mention that I was disappointed that it arrived stuffed in a bag and wrinkled as opposed to neatly packed in a box as I have received coats from other vendors.
